The arrow-memory-netty-buffer-patch package is not governed by the BOM which means it can lag behind the rest of the packages when Arrow is upgraded. I am not sure this omission was intentional, but I believe it was not and adding arrow-memory-netty-buffer-patch to the BOM is a step in the right direction.
