fix: Fails to write files to mounted src code volume - #55

The container runs as the `app` user, which previously lacked write permissions to the mounted source volume. This caused `--dump` and `--addon` features to fail when generating `.dump` files. Adjust permissions to ensure the `app` user can write to the source directory. Closes antiagainst#54 Fixes antiagainst#41
