Windows Python 环境搭建与排障 — 代理、虚拟环境、pip 镜像、大包下载、子进程环境变量传递。当在 Windows 上配置 Python 开发环境、安装量化/AI 包、或排查 pip/代理问题时加载。

本插件是 Agent Skills 开放标准 兼容包，可被以下 Agent 直接加载：

安装方式

方式一：一键安装命令（Hermes，推荐）

hermes-plugin-install junagent/windows-python-env --yes

方式二：手动 clone + cp

git clone https://github.com/junagent/windows-python-env.git
cp -r windows-python-env/skills/* ~/.hermes/skills/

方式三：官方命令

hermes skills install junagent/windows-python-env/windows-python-env --yes
