Adds Copier variants for SvelteKit and Web Awesome sites under
javascript/. The SvelteKit variant supports static and Node deployment adapters; the Web Awesome variant uses Vite and TypeScript.Extends template selection, examples, Make targets, and CI coverage. Also standardizes existing JavaScript UI toolkit workflow templates on the
.yamlfilename used by downstream projects.Validated rendered static SvelteKit, Node SvelteKit, and Web Awesome projects with dependency installation, formatting, type/Svelte checks, production builds, and Playwright accessibility tests.
