Summary
This PR adds a checkout-local context engine so one MCP process can understand multiple Rsbuild and Rslib products, lint and test snapshots, Rsdoctor artifacts, and composed code evidence across a monorepo. Rstack CLI remains the thin
rs mcpcommand/configuration host and consumes the runtime from the standalone@rstackjs/contextrepository. It integrates capture intors buildandrs libwithout adding a coordinator daemon. Artifact reachability remains conservative and reports verification candidates rather than deletion claims.Related Links
