This PR renames the inline-projects example from
rstest-inline-projectstotest-inline-projectsso its name reflects the Rstack test command rather than the underlying runner. It also loadsdefineInlineProjectinside the async test configuration callback to keep test-only APIs lazy. The workspace lockfile is updated for the renamed importer.
